PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta is a business entity operating in the field of Information and Communication Technology, hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.

PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta fully recognizes that Personal Data is an important asset. Therefore, We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and protection of your Personal Data.

PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta applies data protection policies and practices in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) for processing data related to the use of Our services (hereinafter referred to as the “PDP Notice”).

This PDP Notice applies to all visitors and users of Our Services, which include but are not limited to:

  2. Data Center Facility provision services (Data Center).
  3. Cybersecurity services (Cyber Security).
  4. Cloud computing provision services (Cloud).
  5. IT Outsourcing Services.
  6. Heathcare management information system services.
  7. Recruitment Portal.
    (Hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

All visitors and users of the Services (Personal Data Subjects) who utilize Our Services are hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”.

Please read and understand this PDP Notice carefully so that You understand how Your Personal Data is processed.

This PDP Notice includes the following key provisions:

  1. Scope of the PDP Notice

    This PDP Notice governs the policies and practices implemented by PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta as the Personal Data Controller in acquiring, rectifying, updating, disseminating, displaying, announcing, transferring, disclosing, erasing, and destroying (hereinafter referred to as “Processing”) Your Personal Data.

        1. Rights of Personal Data Subjects
          As a Personal Data Subject, You have the right to:

          1. Obtain information regarding identity clarity, the basis of legal interest, the purpose of requesting and using Personal Data, and the accountability of the party requesting the Personal Data.

          2. Complete, update, and/or rectify errors and/or inaccuracies in Your Personal Data in accordance with the purpose of Personal Data processing.

          3. Access and obtain copies of Your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

          4. Terminate processing, erase, and/or destroy Your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

          5. Withdraw consent for the processing of Your Personal Data previously given to the Personal Data Controller.

          6. Object to decision-making actions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or significantly affects You.

          7. Delay or restrict Personal Data processing proportionally in accordance with the processing purpose.

          8. Obtain and/or use Your Personal Data from the Personal Data Controller in a format that is structured and/or commonly used or readable by electronic systems.

          9. Use and transmit Your Personal Data to another Personal Data Controller, provided that the systems used can securely communicate with each other in accordance with PDP principles based on laws and regulations.

          10. Exercise other rights in accordance with applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the UU PDP.

        2. Personal Data Processed

          We obtain and collect information that identifies and/or can identify You individually or combined with other information, either directly or indirectly, through electronic and/or non-electronic systems related to such information, which is limited to the Services.

          The Personal Data collected and processed is Your Personal Data provided based on Your direct or contractual consent when registering or using Our Services through applications or web portals managed by Us to provide Services to You, such as:


          The Personal Data required by Us to provide the Services includes both general and specific Personal Data tailored to the products You use, including:

          2. To comply with statutory rules and regulations.

          3. To provide Services to You.

          4. To perform troubleshooting related to access to the Services.

          5. To maintain, improve, develop, test, and personalize Our applications and Services to meet Your needs and preferences.

        4. Personal Data Storage
          We are committed to storing Your Personal Data with the highest level of protection for as long as necessary to provide the Services. Portions of Personal Data may also be managed, processed, and stored by third parties collaborating with Us to maintain Service performance while complying with obligations regarding access and effective oversight in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

          We retain Your Personal Data as mentioned above for as long as required to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, while You are still using the Services, or as required/permitted by applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

          We will cease processing Your Personal Data upon reviewing that the purpose of data collection is no longer met by such processing, and that processing is no longer required for legal and business purposes.

        5. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

          The legal bases for processing Personal Data carried out by Us include:

            1. Explicit and valid consent from the Personal Data Subject for one or several specific purposes communicated by Us to the Personal Data Subject.

            2. Fulfillment of contractual obligations where the Personal Data Subject is one of the parties, or to fulfill requests from the Personal Data Subject at the time of entering into an agreement.

            3. Fulfillment of Our legal obligations in accordance with statutory rules and regulations.

            4. Fulfillment of other legitimate interests, taking into account the purposes, needs, and balance of Our interests and the rights of the Personal Data Subject.

        6. Access, Correction, and Updating of Your Personal Data

          We are committed to fulfilling Your right to access the Personal Data collected and processed. In fulfilling requests for access to Personal Data, We reserve the right to refuse the request if We find that it meets one or more of the following conditions:

          1. Endagers the safety, physical health, or mental health of the Personal Data Subject and/or Others.
          2. Impacts the disclosure of Personal Data belonging to another individual
          3. Conflicts with national defense and security interest

           

        7. Security and Confidentiality of Personal Data

          If You discover any errors in Your Personal Data caused by inaccuracies or if an update to Your Personal Data is required, You may request Us to rectify, complete, and/or update the Personal Data managed by Us by contacting the communication channels listed below.

          We will rectify the data within 3 x 24 (three times twenty-four) hours from the time We receive the data update/rectification request submitted by You.

          In the event of inaccuracies in the provision of Your Personal Data, We reserve the right to suspend the Services based on Our knowledge and discretion.

          We encourage You to take an active role in ensuring the accuracy and updating of Your Personal Data.

        8. Security and Confidentiality Measures

          The security and confidentiality of Your Personal Data is Our priority. We are committed to applying Our best efforts to protect and secure Personal Data from unauthorized collection, processing, analysis, storage, disclosure, modification, and deletion by unauthorized parties.

          We continuously update these measures to ensure they align with the latest technology and industry best practices. Although We strive to maintain the highest security standards, please note that no system is completely secure.

          In the event of illegal access or activities affecting the confidentiality of Personal Data beyond Our control, We will notify You at the earliest opportunity to mitigate the risks arising from the incident. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Personal Data information, including safeguarding Your username, password, email, and OTP (One-Time Password) from anyone, as well as remaining responsible for the security of the device You use.

        9. Deletion and Destruction of Personal Data

          In accordance with applicable laws and regulations or Our data archive retention policy—which is 10 (ten) years—or upon Your request, We may erase and/or destroy Your Personal Data from Our copies so that it can no longer identify You, except where required to fulfill legal obligations, future evidentiary needs, taxes, audits, and accounting purposes.

          After We erase and/or destroy Your Personal Data, We will send a notification to You via email at info@lintasarta.co.id.

        10. Changes to This PDP Notice

          This Personal Data Protection (PDP) Notice may be modified and/or updated as needed. We encourage You to read carefully and check this page periodically to stay informed about any changes to this policy.

          Regarding Our use of Your Personal Data, You reserve the right to:                       

          1. Request a copy of Your Personal Data.

          2. Request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete Personal Data.

          3. File a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or other independent regulators regarding the use of Personal Data.

          4. Request the deletion of Personal Data if the data is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, or if there is no other legal basis for processing, provided this is not restricted by statutory provisions.

        11. Withdrawal of Consent

          1. Fulfillment of contractual obligations where the Personal Data Subject is a party, or to fulfill requests from the Personal Data Subject upon entering into an agreement;
